He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Harry Whelan, Sr. and Bernice Louise Hogwood Simpson; his son John "Johnny" Fuller; and his former wife Willa Sharon "Sherry" Brewer Whelan. He is survived by: his wife Connie Walker Fuller Whelan; his children, Randolph Harry Whelan, III, Elizabeth Leigh McMahan (Andrew) and Pamela Fuller; his daughter-in-law Shelly Fuller; and his grandchildren, Aidan, Avery McMahan, Chandler Fuller and Thomas Fuller.
