She was predeceased by: her husband Jacob Leonard Sams. She is survived by: her children, L. Wayne Sams (Joanie) of Fletcher, NC and Dorothy V. Paul (David) of Lottsburg, VA.; her grandchildren, Michael Coseo of Lorton, VA, Shawn Bergman of Stafford, VA and Joshua Sams of Matthews, NC; her stepgrandson Jason Paul of Clearwater, FL; and her great grandchildren, Sawyer Sams, Savannah Sams, Ryanne Bergman and Gabriel Bergman.
