He is survived by: his parents, Miller Eugene Jenkins, Sr. and Mary Annie Self Jenkins; his sisters, Ann Woolard and Mary Carter (Lewis); and his nephews, Henry "Wade" Woolard, Jr. (Krista), Ryan Carter (Angela Hart), Marin Jane Woolard, Langley Anne Woolard, Taylor Maree Carter and Reagan Garnette Carter.

The family requests that donations may be made to the Northumberland County Animal Shelter at PO Box 305 Heathsville, VA 22473.
