He is survived by: his parents, Roy Lee Jewell and Donna Marie Bryant Jewell; his wife Dawn Marie Jewell; his sons, Matthew Todd Jewell (Morgan), Joshua Michael Jewell (Andrea) and Jacob Brice Jewell (Brianne); his sister Janet Jewell Childs (Norman); and his daughters, Kristen Holland (Wes) and Kaylee Childs.
