He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregory Marsh and Nancy Williams Marsh; and his brother William Donald Marsh. He is survived by: his wife Ann Headley Marsh; his stepsons, Jeremy Vincent Bell and Christopher Aaron Bell (Jessica); his grandson Brandon Jacob Whaley; his great grandchildren, Elaina Grace Whaley and Blaise Prescott; and his sister-in-law Peggy Headley Williams.
