She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Judson Douglas, Sr. and Elizabeth Charlotte Heil Douglas; her husband Roland Leon "Rolaid" Lewis; her brother Otis, Jr.; her uncle James Douglas; and her nephew Jimmy Douglas.
She is survived by: her son Jeremy (Tanya); her grandsons, Ethan and Evan Douglas; her niece Jessica Haislip (Dylan); her siblings, Kim Douglas, Cathy Gallagher (Lyell) and Mitch Douglas; her nieces and nephews, Stacy Gallagher (Brad), Kristy Johnson (Wally), Missy Gallagher (Danny), Michelle Douglas (Wayne), Katie Cogar and Joey Douglas (Kristin); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Allyson Johnson, Emma Hinson, Neveah Mahan, Sophie Cogar, Courtney Douglas (Mike), Mason Douglas, Savannah Mahan, Austin Douglas (Meagan), Austin Mahan, Josh Gallagher, Carson McKenney, Jacob Johnson and Danny Marks III.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oakland United Methodist Church (4530 Oakland Rd, Farnham, VA 22460). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
