He is survived by: his parents, Bernard "Buddy" and Cynthia "Cindy" Cogar (Ignos) of Heathsville; his wife Katie Cogar (Douglas); his daughter Emma Rose Cogar of Farnham; his brother Nicholas "Nic" Cogar; his nephew Jonah B. Cogar of Warsaw, VA; his grandmother Jane Ignos of East Falmouth, MA; his aunts, Kitty Norris (R. C.) of Colonial Beach, Cynthia Ayers of Webster Springs, WV and Tammy Meador (Bobby) of Franklin, VA; his uncle Joel Ignos (Perlina) of Hillsboro, WV.; and his cousins, Jason Norris, Shannon Huffmaster, Jessica Ayers, Aaron Meador, Ryan Meador and Savannah Ignos.
