Albert Hanks Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2019, at the age of 87, Albert Hanks (Farnham, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jacob and Nettie Luckham Hanks; his son Dandridge Albert "Danny" Hanks; his grandchildren, Mitchell Wade McGeorge, Brad McGeorge and Kendall Ashton; and his siblings, Pierce, Nettie Mae, Hazel Lee and Allene.

He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Lewis Hanks; his daughters, Wanda Hanks McGeorge (Howard) and Linda Hanks Ashton (Steve); his grandchildren, Drew McGeorge (Lynsie), Kyle Ashton, Lexi Hanks, Tori Hanks and Mandy McGeorge; his great grandchildren, Aaron McGeorge, Taylor McGeorge, Landon McGeorge and Chloe McGeorge; his brother William "Billy" Hanks (Pam); and his cousin Violet Bartlett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
