He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nicholson Clark and Julia Cunningham Clark of Rocky Mount, NC. He is survived by: his wife Jane Guthrie Anderson; his children, William Sidney Clark (Peggy), Julia Clark Hays (Dan) and David Allan Clark (Laura); and his grandchildren, William Hays, Hannah Hays Sipola (Matt), Catie Clark, Will Clark, David Clark and Thomas Clark.
