He was predeceased by: his significant other John H. Iannotti; his parents, Warren Clayton Hackney and Gloria Palese Hackney; his nephew Chad Hackney; his sister Theresa Roach; and his siblings-in-law, Hank Meyer and Marlene Hackney.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rosemary, Jimmy, Richard (Chrissy), Donnie (Melody), Warren (Patti) and Roland (Michelle); and his sister-in-law Barbara Silvestri.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Puckett Funeral Home (115 Covington Ct, Farmville, VA 23901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Joseph Cemetery (959 Nooseneck Hill Rd, West Greenwich, RI 02817).
