It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Charles Martin (Farmville, Virginia), born in Orange, New Jersey, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ferdinand Martin and Edith Cavell Watson; and his siblings, John Martin Jr. and Kathleen Higgins. He is survived by: his children, Bryan Martin (Joaquita Martin) of Chugiak Ak and Leslie Campbell (Jim Campbell) of Rockville Va; his great grandchildren, Ayden Martin, Winston Martin, Evelyn Martin and Susan Allison Martin of Anchorage; his former wife Allison Stokes Martin of Farmville; his sisters, Mary Jane Joyce of Staunton Va and Cindy Denmark of Ashland Va; his grandson Calvin Martin (Kathryn Martin); and also Katy Martin of Anchorage, AK..

In lieu of flowers the family would ask that any donations be made to the Farmville Volunteer Rescue Squad.
