It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Robert Dykes of Farmville, Virginia, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dykes of Gordo, AL and Myrtle "Tina" Tampling Dykes of Selma, AL.. He is survived by: his wife Susan Dykes; his children, Gillian Nicole Dykes, Hannah Dykes Heimberger and Austin Robert Dykes; and his pet Sushi.
