She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Calhoun and Louise Calhoun; her brothers, Clyde and Willard Calhoun; and her son-in-law Lawson Huddleston (Hayes Whaley).
She is survived by: her friend Jesus; her spouse Hayes Whaley; her sister-in-law Liz Calhoun; her nieces, Debbie Crenshaw (Ron) and Janice Huddleston; her grandsons, Carson Crenshaw and Cody Huddleston (Savannah); and her great grandchild Lawson Huddleston.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church (1835 Cumberland Rd, Farmville, VA 23901). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family asks that instead of flowers that donations be made to The Gideons International and Memorial Garden Fund or Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
