It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Faye Powell of Farmville, Virginia, who passed away on October 2, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Alvin Powell; her stepfather Frank Overby; and her close friends, Joe and Catherine Troyer. She is survived by: her mother Frances Overby; and her siblings, Rhonda Anderson, Lisa Tillman, Alvin Powell and Linda Troyer. She is also survived by five nephews; one niece.
