He was predeceased by: his father William E. V. Brandt, Sr. of Amelia, VA; his brother William E. V. Brandt, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Rita Fink Brandt and Carter W. Fellenbaum. He is survived by: his sons, Paul J., Jr. (Ashley) and Justin M. (Nina) of Virginia Beach; his grandchildren, Harper, Beckett, Brighton Brandt, Bailey, Drew, Cole, Eliza Wrhen and Rocco Racchini; his mother Patricia A. Brandt (Skoniesny) of Farmville; his wife Kayla (Smithers); his stepsons, B. J. Wrhen (Meagan) of Clarion, PA and Cody Racchini (Ashley) of Duncansville, PA; and his siblings, Christine Brandt Fellenbaum of Philadelphia, PA and John (Melissa) of Farmville. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
