He was predeceased by: his parents, George Seal and Zanie Seal; and his siblings, Stella Watson, Viva Farley, Nell Seal, Ralph Seal, Reece Seal and Mitchell Seal.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Seal; his children, Charles (Tamara), Donald, Paul D. (Lisa) and Terry D. (Carol Anne); his grandchildren, Heather (Skylar), Lance (Stacey), Patrick (Courtney), Jonni (Jack), Natalie (Ryan), Katelyn, Eric, Ellen (Jacob), Adam and Caroline; his great grandchildren, Corbin, Wyatt, McKenna, Emma Gray and Jackson; his sisters, Merle (Frank) and Annette (John); his sister-in-law Francis; and his brother Jerry (Doris). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and a lot of great friends.
