She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rosser and Mary Elizabeth Jamerson Fulcher; and her brothers, Jim Fulcher, Joe Fulcher and John Fulcher.
She is survived by: her close friends, Peggy and Jimmy Lewis; and her siblings, Henry Fulcher (Joyce) of Farmville, David Fulcher of Dillwyn, Elsie St. John of Richmond, May Fulcher of Farmville, Marie Garrett of Dillwyn, Nancy LeSueur of Ruffin, NC and Betty Fulcher of Lynchburg. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Prince Edward Volunteer Rescue Squad.
