She is survived by: her sons, Charles M. Carter Jr. (Karen) of Weems, VA and Michael S. Carter (Brenda) of Chesterfield, VA; her grandchildren, Katie Bavuso (Salvatore) of Kilmarnock, VA, John Carter of Henrico, VA, Robert Dodge (Jessica) of Midlothian, VA and Lisa Biggs (Kenn) of Henrico, VA; her great grandchildren, Matthew Bavuso, Jacob Bavuso, Elle Bavuso, Em Bavuso, Samantha Tyler, Jacob Biggs, Carter Dodge and Ava Dodge; and her brother-in-law Bobby Carter (Betty Jo) of Farmville, VA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
