She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Holman and Mamie Harris Holman; her brother John Holman; and her son Allen Holman. She is survived by: her significant other Samuel L. Ford; her children, Lisa Holman, Nelson Bartee and Robert L. Holman (Desiree); her siblings, Anna Richardson (Robert), Ethel Logan (Willie), Mildred Holman, Adrianne Holman, Richard Holman (Sylvia), Michael Holman (Priscilla) and James Holman (Josephine); her sister-in-law Marlen Holman; and her friends, Carrie Dove and Karen Perry. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grand children; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives.
