He is survived by: his niece Rashonda Taylor; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shirley Smith (Kendall) of Louisa, VA and Ethel Toney of Dill; his grandchildren, Cortez Smith, Tiffany Smith Brown, Kendrick Smith, Kendra Smith and Sherita Smith; his sister Helen Toney of Scottsville, VA; his aunts, Louise Perkins of Buckingham, VA and Julia Gough of Scottsville, VA; and also Bertha Toney of Dillwyn, VA. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
