She was predeceased by: her husband Francis M. Cooley; her sons, James Steven Cooley, Frank Allen Cooley and David Keith Cooley; her brothers, William Tolbert and Caleb Preston McClure; her great grandchild Wilson Tolbert; and her sister Barbara Boyd.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Ann Ford; and her sisters, Sandra Christensen and Nancy T. Daniel (Dennis). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
