Slayton; his daughters, Vickie Woodbury (Bill) and Terri Deberry (Mike); his grandchildren, Laura (Ryan Brogan), Nathan (Jessica Woodbury), Alan (Katie Woodbury) and Sarah (Jimmy Gendron); his great grandchildren, Reed, Lane Brogan and Elias Woodbury; his brother Charles Amick (Janet); his friend Anthony L. Farmer; and his grandchildren, Lexis and Landen Crook.
