She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Smith and Florence Forrest; her husband James W. Booth, Sr.; and her son James W. Booth, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Donna Haskins (Michael) of Burkeville, Nicole Booth (Larry) of Chesterfield, Virginia and Donny Booth of Burkeville, Virginia; her siblings, Rev. Stella Tucker of Chesterfield, Sarah Randolph of Richmond, Leon Smith of Philadelphia, Sylvester Smith of Farmville, Evangelist Mabel Turner (Steve) of Norfolk, Leon Hamlin (Teresa) of Fairfax, Florence Hawkins (James) of Richmond and James Hamlin (Glenda) of Lynchburg, Virginia; her cousin James "Cliff" Forrest of Burkeville, Virginia; her brother-in-law Percy Booth of Burkeville, Virginia; and also Inease. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
