He is survived by: his wife Terri Hunsucker; his son Jacob Samuel Hunsucker (Ashley Mayhew); his grandchildren, Bailee Hunsucker and Shayne McAllister; his sons, Joshua Charles Hunsucker and Douglas Lee Hunsucker Jr.; his sister Tammy Ann Ammen; his niece Debbie Fowler; and his uncle Charlie.
