He is survived by: his wife Pennie West; his daughter Melissa Churchill (Wayne); his siblings, Gloria Garrison (Stanley), Tommy West (Penny), Fay Pack (Rick) and Gay Thompson (Martin); his sister-in-law Betty Davismany; and his nephew William "Billy" Francisco. He is also survived by many adopted children, multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and many "special friends".
