It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Henry Kelsey (Farmville, Virginia), who passed away on February 7, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philander Kelsey and Ruby Baldwin Kelsey; and his siblings, Philander, Jr., Milton, Franklin, Raymond Kelsey, Libby Welchlin, Lucille Gee, Jean Palmer, Rachel McBride, Rebecca Newman, Helen Breckinridge and Ruth Simpson.
He is survived by: his wife Sadie Rasnick Kelsey; his children, Jennifer Kelsey Dickson Lawhorne (Mark) and William Caleb Kelsey (Nancy); his grandchildren, Nick Kelsey, Justin Chilton (Emily) and Abby Kelsey (Evan Scheible); his sister Nancy Williams; and his sister-in-law Peggy Kelsey.
