She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl R. Harbour and Frances J. Harbour. She is survived by: her daughter Frankie O. Todt (Jerry); her granddaughters, Ashlee Finch (Travis), Morgan Todt and Lauran Todt (Brandon Leabough); her great grandchildren, Carson Finch, Colton Finch and Erykah Leabough; her sister Anne N. Wilkins (Vance); and her cousin Dianne R. Bryant.
