He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hamilton Walker; his sister Elaine Walker Newcomb of Randolph, Virginia; his daughter Julie Walker Riggan; his son-in-law Jerry Riggan of Glen Allen; and his granddaughters, Emily Riggan of Columbus and Kelly Riggan of Richmond, Virginia..
