He was predeceased by: his parents, Mac Farlan and Carrie Bollinger Crisp. He is survived by: his wife Marie Metcalf Crisp; his children, Terryell Crisp, Jr., Sherry Peters and Susan Crisp; his sisters, Eva Craver of Lexington, NC and Carolyn Latham of Morehead City; and his grandchildren, Evin Peters of Charlotte, NC, Cade Peters of Charlotte, NC, Jay Peters of Charlotte, NC and Gabriel Robertson of Fancy Gap. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Fancy Gap United Methodist Church or Twin County Hospice in Galax.
