It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reaford Utt (Fancy Gap, Virginia), who passed away on May 11, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Reaford Utt to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis William and Lucy Midkiff Utt; his wife Myrtle Marie Webb Utt; and his sons, Wayne Utt and Claude Utt.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Surratt, Jane (Roy Dowell), Phyllis (Tony Martin) and Bobby Utt; his grandchildren, Scott Martin, Chad Phillips (Leigh Ann), Amanda Parris (Michael), B. J. Utt (Brittany), Casey Utt and Aaron Testerman; and his nephew Roger Webb. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Due to the limitations of numbers for public gatherings at this time (COVID-19), a private graveside service will be held at Isaac Banks Cemetery, Snake Creek Rd. in Hillsville, Virginia.
