He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Cassell and Icy Branscome Cassell; his grandson Dustin R. Cassell; and his siblings, Lester Cassell and Anita Cassell.
He is survived by: his wife Frances L. Cassell; his children, Jean C. Jennings (Glen) and Danny R. Cassell (Darlene); his grandchildren, Stephanie Perry (Jason Macdonald) and Adam Edwards (Ashley); his great grandchild Audra K. Perry; and his siblings, Faye McGrady, Lois Hepler and Jerry Cassell (Joyce). He is also survived by one step-grandson; two step-great-granddaughters; many nieces and nephews; and special pet.
