She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elbert G. Neugent and Vergie Mae Brown Neugent; her husband Virgil Eugene Lowe of Fancy Gap, Virginia; her son Darius Lee Rector; her close friend Sarah Davis of Galax, Virginia; her granddaughter Cheyenne Davis; her great grandchild Eli Micheal Cordell; and her siblings, Nancy Neugent of Elk Creek, Virginia, Blanche (Carlos Settle), Roger Neugent of Statesville, Jessie Neugent of Wytheville, Virginia, David and Dana Halsey of Elk Creek, Virginia. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
