He is survived by: his wife Brenda Smith Combs; his children, Steve Combs (Melissa), Renae Sizemore (Gary) and Tonya Combs; his grandchildren, Jessica Combs Vaughn (Cody), Cody Sizemore, Jarrett Combs (Channing) of Brea Sizemore, AKA, Loagan Williams, Jaeton Whitaker, Dylan Stiltner, Shay Marshall (Aaron) and Van Sizemore; his great grandchildren, Teague, Haze Vaughn, Easton, Saylor Combs, Brayden and Rylan Marshall; his children, Jama Dollyhigh and Bobby Lowe; his siblings, Carroll Combs (Janet) and Louese Felts (Dewey); and his uncle Charlie Rippey (Geraldine). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a blessed amount of special friends.
