He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Shields Lovell (Tuck) and Elizabeth Jewell Collins Lovell (Judy); his former wife Barbara Jean Riggins Lovell; his brothers, Jimmie, Douglas and Ronnie (Squeak); and his sister-in-law Tanya Lee Shaw Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Christina Shaw Lovell of Falls Mills, VA; his children, Thomas C. Lovell (Stacy) of Falls Mills, VA, Steven W. Lovell (Amanda) of Springville, VA, Clara J. Dudley (Kevin) of Bluefield, VA, Kimberly M. Scott (Steve) of Falls Mills, VA and Sheila Harman of Falls Mills; his sisters, Joann McDaniels of Chesterfield, VA and Sandra Matthews (Newton) of Richmond, VA; his sister-in-law Margie K. Shaw of Princeton, WV; and also, Maddie J. Dudley and Harper A. Scott. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday at the funeral home from 4:00 P.M. until the hour of service. in lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Kidney Foundation.
