Though Robert Lee may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Stephenson and Lena Mae Lowry Stephenson; and his wife Betty Stevenson. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Revels (George) of Williamston, NC, Ronnie Stevenson (Ann) of Virginia Beach, VA and Robin Stevenson (Donna) of Chesapeake, VA; and his siblings, Jerry Joe Stephenson (Sandra) of Nemours, Ralph Stephenson of Princeton, WV, Pauline Baumgartner and Rachel Hillard of Bluefield, VA.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
