She is survived by: her husband Mark Burnette; her sons, David Goodloe (Virginia) of Bluefield, WV and Charles David Blair (Ruby) of Herndon, WV; her grandchildren, Kyle, Chris Blair, Bryant, Destany Goodloe, Tori Sisk (Zack) and Roman Ferris; her great grandchildren, Cameron Goodloe, Bentlie, Zane Sisk, Oliver and Naomi Blair; her brother James "Butch" Rotenberry of New York; and her friends, Tim Harrison and Debbie Miller.
