He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Horton Dillman, Sr. and Lelia Delphine Janutolo Dillman. He is survived by: his siblings, Glenda Armentrout and Stanley Dillman, Sr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many dear family and friends.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers that a donation be made to their local animal shelter in Toby's name.
