She was predeceased by: her parents, F. Green McKenzie and Emily Wright McKenzie; her husband Roy James "Jim" Hale, Sr.; her grandson Michael Sikes; and her half-brothers, Frank, Modoc, Lawrence and James McKenzie.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Crawford (Carlos), Rebecca Sikes (Douglal), Roy J. "Jim" Hale, Jr. (Barbara), Rob Hale (Sherrie) and Barbara McCarty (Mac); her grandchildren, Andy Crawford (Elizabeth), David Sikes (Christy), Amy Sikes Swiney (Adam), Tevia Woodie (Roy), Dustin Hale (Kim), Hannah Hale and Seth McCarty (Michele); her great grandchildren, Nick, Aidan, Mallory, Lauren Crawford, Mary, Breana, Kendall, Alyssa Sikes, Tyler Woodie, Tyson, Aubree, Paxton Hale, Samantha and Landon McCarty; and her sisters, Maxine Scott and Libby Tabor.
