It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Bailey of Falls Mills, Virginia, who passed away on June 21, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tracey and Viola Mae Chandler Bailey; and his brother Rev. J. G. Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Connie Jennings Bailey of Falls Mills, VA; his children, Donnie Bailey (Karen) of Glade Springs, VA, Sherri Workman (Steve) of Thurmond, NC, Melanie Freeman of Valdosta, GA, Tina Bailey McKenney (Steven) of Leland, NC, William Bailey (Heidi) of Hendersonville, NC and Jim Bailey of Mudfork, VA; and his siblings, Ellis Bailey of Ypsi, MI, Opie Forbes of Bluefield, VA, Dallas Bailey of Ypsi, MI and Libby Pace of Mudfork, VA. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
