She was predeceased by: her parent Howard Scott; her husband Franklin Delano Hall; and her brothers, Waymond Scott and Ronnie Scott. She is survived by: her parent Eva Mae Mathena Scott; her daughters, Bonita Matney, Crystal Hall of Falls Mills, VA and Tara Hall of Falls Mills, VA; her brother Rodney Scott; her wife Betty Jo of Falls Mills, VA; and her grandchildren, D. J. Kegley, Jonathan Matney, Allison Hall, Aleiah Hall, Andon Hall and Dakota Bowman.
