He is survived by: his wife Shun Pei; his daughters, Alice (Hon Ming Law), Margaret (Shu Yun Ma), Angela and Doris (William Maxwell); and his grandchildren, Adrian Law, Ron Ma, Suruchi Sen and Daisy Maxwell.
In 2007, he was inducted into the Model Railroad Industry's Hall of Fame in recognition of his outstanding leadership and contributions to the model railroad industry.
