She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harris, Sr. and Nathaniel Whitaker Harris. She is survived by: her siblings, James, Jr., Josephine, Benjamin, Athena and William; her sons, Gerald (Sunny) and Glenn (Jolene); her grandchildren, Joanna Busby (Johann) of Washington, DC, Alexander (Aza) of Washington, DC, David (Dana) of Washington, DC, Julian of Chapel Oaks, Troy and Aaron of Cheverly; and her great grandchildren, Nathaniel and Diana.
