He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Gladyes Parker (Connell). He is survived by: his father Frederick Eugene Parker III of Centreville, VA; his children, Peter Declan Parker, Katherine Siobhan Parker and Harrison Davies Parker; and his sister Karen Parker of Little River, SC.. He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association and the Irish Wolfhound Foundation.
