She was predeceased by: her husband Albert F. Borges, MD; and her sister Maria Teresa Blattner. She is survived by: her children, Alicia Borges Betancourt (Roger R.), Silvia L. Borges, Ofelia Borges Fernandez (Emilio) and Alberto A. Borges, MD (Ana); and her siblings, Silvia Rojas and Johnny Lopez-Ona (Josefina). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
