It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Christina McBride (Falls Church, Virginia), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Laffey and Hannah Laffey; her husband Richard T. McBride; and her siblings, Joseph, Theresa Newton, Ambrose and Rita.

She is survived by: her children, Michael of Alexandria, VA, Peter of Falls Church, VA, Margaret of Arlington, VA, Timothy of Annandale, VA, Kathleen of Falls Church, VA, Stephen of McLean, VA, Christopher of Rochester Hills, MI, Edward of Wilmington, DE, John of Falls Church, VA, Robert of Columbus, OH, Charles, Andrew of Austin, TX and David of Brooklyn, NY.. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
