She was predeceased by: her husband Humbert Fernandez Sr.; and her daughter Dinah Fernandez. She is survived by: her children, Humbert Fernandez, Jr., Lisa Novak (Bill) and Linda Johnston; her brothers, Bienve, Leno and Rey; her grandsons, Anthony Fernandez (Shannon), Garrett Johnston and Eric Novak; and her great grandchildren, Kyle Fernandez, Mikayla Fernandez, Dylan Fernandez and Hunter Ivester. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
