Louise Phillips Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise Phillips (Falls Church, Virginia), who passed away on February 14, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Jerry Santos; her child-in-law Terry Santos; and her husband Orma "Buddy" Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Santos of Woodbridge, Stephen Santos of Woodbridge and Debra Santos Wright (Norman) of Falls Church, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Amy Wright, Holly Wright Cruz (Ricardo) and Evan Wright (Diana); and her great grandchild Giuliana Belle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
