He is survived by: his children, John Quinn, Elizabeth Quinn and Margaret Quinn; and his sisters, Elizabeth A. Quinn, Theresa Quinn and Alicia Wren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Everly Funeral Home and Cremation Service (6161 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22044).
