He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Cline and Viola Cline. He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald L. Cline, Mahala Jane Smith and Linda Joyce Cline; his children, Joe Cline, Jr. (Deborah) of Sterling, VA and Cynthia Cline Reppert of Reston, VA; his grandchildren, Ryan Reppert, Jacob Cline and Kaitlyn Cline; and his sister Mary Leslie McGee of Franklin, KY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
