We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2023, at the age of 80, Joan Brennan Donnelly of Falls Church, Virginia, born in Port Chester, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John Edward; her siblings, James, Kevin, John and Loretta; and her brother-in-law Stephen Donnelly.
She is survived by: her caregiver Brian Donnelly; her children, Nancy Frazier of Spotsylvania, VA, Michael McCarter (Tukkie) of Rocky Hill, CT, Kevin McCarter of East Windsor, CT, Derek Donnelly (Michaela) of Suffield, CT and Colin Donnelly of Woodland Hills, CA; her grandchildren, Nichol McCarter, Ryan McCarter, Connor Frazier, Mason McCarter, Jack Donnelly and Kate Donnelly; her sister Patricia Sizemore of Hudson, FL.; and her sisters-in-law, Catherine Brennan of Central Islip, NY, Joanne Seglem (Lee) of Princeton, NJ and Marybeth Donnelly of Mahwah, NJ. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and their respective spouses and children.
